I'm getting on a bit now and the weight has ballooned in the past five years through not eating properly, working long irregular hours, which meant I was eating at random times, whatever was at hand. It didn't help that I was eating very nice restaurant food almost daily.
I have been getting issues with my general health, my back and knees belong to a much older person so I decided to finally lose the weight just so I don't damage my health even further.
