Had a bit of a naughty weekend, far too many carbs. Must try harder this week!

First day back at work yesterday after 19 days off, hell it was busy! I am now off for two days again, so obviously i am in work this weekend. I am going swimming shortly. Had a comment from someone i haven't sen for a few months and they told me how well i looked. So i decided to post a picture from last August when i was 183 pounds. I am now just under 150 pounds. The other picture is quite recent and almost 34 pounds of fat has gone!
