Looks like the water weight is shifting. I also ate lower carbs yesterday. Back to swimming today, but i have to take Mishka to the vets for her check xrays first. Just hope her leg is healing as it should be. She is walking well on it and it has been 6 weeks since surgery. Fingers crossed

Had a lovely holiday, plenty of walking and some eating out, which means I have gained another pound 😕
Today is another family meal out, so it's definitely back to healthy eating from tomorrow. I really want to get to my goal this year 🙂

Whoops 1.5 pounds up, not good really is it? Also as i am on holiday next week, it might get a little worse. I do intend on doing plenty of walking, as there are some lovely walks nearby so hopefully not. I will still be using the app to keep track of what i am eating and try not to over indulge, well maybe just once or twice.
When we get back i am really going to get back on track and focus on some short term goals. I have to get to my ultimate goal this year!
