Directions

  1. Mix all powder ingredients together.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate and add to mixed ingredients.
  3. Add the eggs and whisk until combined.
  4. Line a baking tray, grease it, and fill it with the mixture.
  5. Pop in oven gas mark 6 for 26 minutes. Poke the center with a toothpick if it comes out without batter on, it's ready.
