Coconut Chocolate Cookies

Gluten and dairy-free snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Mix the coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, honey and the melted coconut oil.
  4. Combine the two and mix well.
  5. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes and leave to cool for a bit afterwards.
