Banana Muffins

Simple and quick muffins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).
  2. Mash banana and mix everything in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide mixture between 4 cupcake/muffin cases.
  4. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
