Chocolate chip cookies made with chick peas, honey and natural organic almond butter.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175 °C.
- Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in food processor and process until very smooth.
- Once smooth add chocolate chips and pulse until mixed.
- Wet hands, form 11 2" balls of dough and place on parchment paper or cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil spray.
- Bake for at least 10 minutes. To make them look more like cookies, press down with a wet fork.
- Note: they do not rise at all. Organic peanut butter can be used as well. Don't use regular peanut butter, they will come out oily.
