A full flavoured side dish of everyone's favourite, mashed potato.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and dice potatoes, leaving the skin on.
  2. Cook potatoes in salted water.
  3. Add all other ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. With electric hand beater, mix until creamy.
  5. Enjoy.
