Mexican Coleslaw
A spicy coleslaw that a fabulous crunchy salad or side dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop jalapeno (deseeded), onions and cilantro.
- Add juice of 3 limes and cayenne pepper.
- Stir well and refrigerate. Best serve after chilled for at least a few hours.

Great flavor but I couldn't get past the fact that it didn't taste like "coleslaw". I plan to try it again and instead of shredding and grating the veggies...I am going to chop more like a "salad". That way I don't have that mental thought of what coleslaw is supposed to be:)
