Nice drop. I have stuck to healthy eating all week plus my 3 times a week boxing sessions. I have been doing it for 3.5 weeks now and I can't believe how my body is changing! I am not loosing loads of weight but I have toned up so much it's unreal. My belly and my thighs are so much less wobbly that I couldn't be more happy. I just signed up to 6 monthly membership so will stick with it oh and my personal gloves and pads arrived so I'm excited to use them 😁 I have also continued to cook from scratch and I am getting better at it (I never used to cook) and I feel it is helping a lot to avoid a lot of sugar and salt which is used in the low calorie ready meals..never mind the chemicals 😯 I have no plans for the coming week so let's hope I make further progress. Have a great week guys xxx

You’re doing so great! I really like your philosophy. I’ve been cooking and really trying hard to eat healthy, and I can feel a difference not only physically but also mentally. Exercise is also a great mood booster lol who knew?! Well done on loss 👍

thank you Angel xx yes since I started to regularly exercise and eat healthy I have so much more energy and feel so much more positive. Bad food gives me pleasure at the time of eating it but I feel rubbish after and guilty unable to move from the sofa and I am definitely not going back there

Don’t cut back on the salt too much, salt plays an important part in the body especially if your working out as well. Keep up the good work

Thank you bubblegum 😘 I try to eat tasty food as this is it for me and you can't eat bland food and salad only forever.. pauly65 thanks for advice. I eat salt which is naturally in my food but I don't do added salt which is not required. I used to eat loads of salt and suffered with cramps and all sorts and it all stopped since I cut the added salt out xx

Jimsterman just to clarify this is boxing fitness so just gloves vs pads. I am not hitting anyone directly 😂😂😂 and for sure would not let anyone hit me in the face!😅😂
