Maintained at 9 st this week again, which I'm quite happy with. Beginning to think this is where I am meant to be.

Yesterday we celebrated the 70th birthday of one of the lovely ladies from our Yoga group. The party fare included the usual wine and goodies but I managed to keep my calories at 102% of RDI, and no gain!! 😀
57.2 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
