I have reached my target of 2 stone by Christmas with a week to go!! Next week things will no doubt go a bit awry, but no worries!! :)

New Year, new target!
59.0 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
