Yes!! Another 2 lbs shifted.
Today I've been trying on holiday clothes (ones that haven't fitted me for a couple of years or more) and I can get into them all, (some more snug than others). It felt good. Always hate packing for holidays and finding nothing fits - not this time !!! :)

Thanks Doobrie, I don't quite understand how I've managed it - it's never happened before. At the moment I'm really focused and haven't felt either hungry or tempted by the goodies in the cupboard.
What usually happens with me is I go on holiday, gain a few pounds and then can't get my head round getting back to dieting once I'm home and the pounds pile back on. My aim is THAT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN, fingers crossed! :)
