Yay! 1lb back off again (that's according to my electronic scales anyway to be consistent on here). I'm 193lb on David's very very ancient manual scales.
128.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 63.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

And no I don't appear to have caught diarrhoea from David at all thank goodness plus both girls are OK as well ... so presumably something he has eaten. More than likely his KFC zingy wrap on Friday evening!
