Yesterday made one week doing clean eating
So far my thinking is clearer
I have more energy and weighed in today and also had a good weight loss

I am loving this new eating life style
99.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
