I’m debating rejoining the gym. Haven’t been since pre-covid. And getting a PT. Or should I just attend a bunch of classes? Need to keep busy and also try and get fitter and healthier. Tired of feeling like a blob!

Do both, Suma! But you cant go wrong with a few PT lessons. I just did 3 at my new gym and enjoyed them.
PS, getting closer to normal eating. Goodies nearly finished 👍

Thanks Anne. I don’t buy into the new year, new you, but there is something exciting about new beginnings. This new app version is weird. I keep missing when people comment.
