Gained 100g of muscle, the positive side! as I have been training hard, also I quit smoking - again- smoked for a few days while I was fasting, not good, but as soon as I stopped so did my guts, just waiting for them to get back to normal. Today I had two meals in the 18 - 6 window, to ease up on myself, I will be following an 18 - 6 two-meal diet for the next 5 days. allow for some detox and of course a dinner party on Saturday and guests for lunch on Sunday. I still hope to keep the loose weight trend. This will depend on what I eat..........
