Oh come on! Seriously!!😭 Diet and exercise have not been good or consistent in the past week but was hoping to have maintained. No such miracle😅.
60.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh goodness. Lots of other reasons for a gain. If everything was on point, this is not a fat gain. I wouldn’t worry about it. I also have a gain today and know it’s the sodium from eating out while away on vacay this weekend. I don’t fret at all and hope you learn not too either Suma. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

If only Wifey. I have been feeling really anxious lately. Not something I’ve ever dealt with before. It’s sucking the joy out of life. And I find eating helps to soothe myself. Why can’t I be someone who calms down by running or something? 🥲

Ha ha fair point, small changes Suma, if you have a bad day, try to balance that out the next day with a good on once that’s more achievable then when you have a bad day make good for the next two. Chip away at your bad habits one at a time, busy life, long hours make it difficult to make drastic changes. ☺️
