Managed to hit my targets yesterday except exercise! Was so tired, I forgot🤦🏾‍♀️. I’m not going to get upset by the scales being difficult and continuing in the wrong direction. Might be screaming by tomorrow if it keeps this up though.
Goals for today:
- Try to stay within 1700 calories
- 60 minutes activity
- 4 fruit and veg
- 2L water
61.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope you’re right Heather. Today has been tough so far. Someone very close to me has let me down very badly. It has taken all my willpower not to polish a tub of ice cream🫣.
