Day 2. Joke’s on me. Body seems determined to gain.
Plan for the day:
- Stay within 1900 calories
- 30 minutes of activity
- 2L water
- 4 portions of fruit and veg
- Be kind and supportive towards myself

Hi Suma I’ve been back in turkey for almost a week trying to isolate myself & avoid problems can’t wait to go back home I miss my bed Wouldn’t worry too much about it ur in the right direction sweetheart
