Iv not no, feel I'd just waste my money lol, iv stayed the same for a while, just smaller portions n iv just bought a weighted hoop, 🤞, Jo's done so well with hers so giving it a go xx

Suma, I am disciplined with the exercise part cause I enjoy it and its part of my life. Not so good with the diet. But I never stop trying to be better. 😇

You’re right Anne, the best way I can fail is by quitting. Had a significant deadline this week with what looked like insurmountable odds. Thankfully, I didn’t give up and kept pushing. I’m really glad I did. Whatever the outcome, I have done my part. I am ashamed to say I have terrible discipline. I let external motivators rule my life at times. Working on improving this and not being soo lazy!!😂

I woke up early today to do the work. Instead have spent the time watching the sunrise and now to a leisurely breakfast😆.
