Happy New Year 🥳. Hope 2023 is all you want it to be.
- Weight is up 0.5kg compared to the start of 2022. However, given recent holiday, ill health (from which I’m still recovering) and my birthday yesterday, it’s not too bad I suppose.
- This year has been very hard emotionally. I realise that I have no motivation to do anything when I’m in a difficult headspace.
- Ultimately it is all about my habits and hopefully some of the good ones stick as we move into the new year.
- I’m going to mull over my weekly targets for the new year and come back with what is hopefully a realistic plan.

54.5 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg. Still to go: 4.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You know I love a plan so looking forward to that. Over the year, 500g gain isnt too bad. But don't make a habit of it!! That is where trouble lies. Its been a tough one, 2022, so lets make 2023 a bit better by pure will power!!

My plan will be pretty basic for the coming months Anne. It’ll be a lot of white knuckling to try and carry it through. I hope things are better with you and all the trying issues you’ve been dealing with. Hogmanay plans slightly scuppered with all the travel disruptions but will see if I can get something else together.

Basic is good, Suma. Easier to stick with. Keep it simple. Yeah, travel was bad yesterday but we all arrived eventually 😀😀😃have a good one whatever you do. An early night is acceptable 😴 😀
