It's off, iv recorded absolutely everything and stayed under 1400 a day, still had biscuits n made sure I recorded them all not just what I want to admit to 😜 feel proud of myself, have a great day everyone xx

I’ve done the same, recorded everything but had cake and a chocolate bar yesterday and still under. Calorie counting is definitely the best for anyone with a vice!
