Target weight reached!! Although I've increased my intake I've continued to loose weight. Although this Is most likely due to me also increasing my resistance sessions.
Maybe it's time to reduce my walks slightly? less cardio more resistance. No more 100+ press ups a day. Just 20-30 mins sessions 3-4 times a week.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is always good to mix up the fitness routine to avoid boredom, repetitive strain injury, and to challenge the body in different ways etc! Well done on reaching target weight.
