Resisted the eruged to eat tacos two days in a row also had a hot chocolate without marshmallows and cream at a café. 😊
100.8 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 37.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

These little adjustments all help. Stick to them and look for more easy ways to cut calories. That is called changing your lifestyle as opposed to being on a diet, which is great long-term.

Thankyou for the remainder that I'm changing my life style which is a long term thing. I feel the pressure to go on an actual diet from my family and actually I really want to change my lifestyle.

Yes, it's better to think in terms of gradual and sustainable change as opposed to going on a diet, which, by its very nature is short term. Next for the boot......hot chocolate!!

But having said that..........I do go on a diet myself from time to time when the weight starts creeping up.
