Been really ill with a mirgrain all last week then went on holiday. Gonna go slow into dieting as head isn't so good, can't over do.

There are lots of factors of why I have gained another pound. Going to start eating poper meals not snacks and gilding to be more mindful of what's I'm putting in my mouth a why? I have gotten back into old habits 😡.

Became a choclate eating monster due to my period 🙈 I will find out the damage on Thursday. Need to put a plan of action to in place 🤔.
