I was this weight when I started a healthy lifestyle diet thing back in September. 8 months later Im still on this journey and hopefully I will continue to go down rather then up. For me this is a mini mile stone 🎉

At the moment I'm struggling with cravings. I'm full but I want sweet things or crisps. I keep telling myself I am not hungry but I know I have a bag of crisps under my bed😤. I might go for a walk but I don't feel so well mirgrain but I need to do something.
