February has been a hectic month. Trying to gain balance has been hard. Still tracking but well over my calorie target at the moment. Also experiencing a general lack of drive and discipline when it comes to exercise.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm struggling to stay under target too. Only managing it 2 or 3 days a week. Hoping, like Try says, things will get easier when Spring comes.

Sorry to hear you’re in a bit of a slump. I’m a bit up and down at the moment too. But it’s nice to kind of be in tune with myself and observe the changes and try to affect them in positive ways, rather than just be at their mercy, if you see what I mean. Hope you’re OK though, it takes a lot of stamina. Like ad said, this will pass and things will improve xx

Thanks Janus. I wonder if it’s a season a lot of us find ourselves in right now. I managed an IF day yesterday. I got to 10pm and was desperate for sugar. But hung in there with a stern word to myself…I will not give the egomaniacs the satisfaction of getting fat😂😂. Doesn’t always work though…my urge to self sabotage is extremely strong!

Oh Suma! Rise above them, don’t sink to their level! They probably are all insecure maniacs with a chip on their shoulders over some childhood memory. Are they work colleagues or family or ‘friends’? Is it at work?
