Nadoushka its not as bad as I thought. Stopped early December and only gained 6 pounds. My determination is back again so hopefully will make some headway. Good luck with your journey. I can see you have done really well.

I put on more than that over Christmas especially with hurting my leg. Now I'm back at the gym doing separate upper and leg days hehe
