Moment of truth. Not surprised given the week that was. All good in the grand scheme of life. I feel comfortable in my skin despite the gain. Going to work on sticking to the goals I set myself last week.

#NSV
- did not eat the whole stack of profiteroles though I really really wanted to!
- Enjoyed a whole box of truffles and a Costa's Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate with zero food guilt - I said no to the cream, which is huge for me. I could easily eat my body weight's worth.
- Yesterday I ate until I was full, but no more.

Minimal tracking yesterday but it was a vegetarian Christmas dinner, so hoping calories weren't too crazy😝. Hope my lovely FS friends are having a wonderful time celebrating the holiday season.
54 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done Suma, it's not easy to stay balanced and keep a healthy attitude, but sounds like you are doing really well. I'm struggling with stopping when I'm full- all this lovely food I haven't eaten for months, I just want to keep going. Especially the (surprisingly delicious) vegan cheese and biscuits. . .so moreish.🙂

Oh Marge...it's been a tough year. It's nice to have this time with friends and family. Your food looks so delicious. I know you'll be back on it in no time. My danger week is the lead up to New Year...let's see how mindful (or not) I am this week xx
