Happy with that. I've done 3 of my 4 workouts this week and also walked more than last week. Will probably do the final workout tomorrow. I'm gonna do my best to keep my weight steady until Monday and not have the usual uptick. This month there was no weight loss, but if I can get through winter without a gain or even the slightest loss I would be grateful. Also hope I'll keep progressing with my workouts and walking whenever possible. Winter is usually the time when I've found excuses in the past, but I also know, from past experience, that it can be done.
