hmm do I even HAVE a metabolism?
Seems so unfair that the only way I drop any weight is on 800 cals a day, VLCD, I should still be dropping. I cannot seem to do the 800 any more I get so fed up with being so hungry ALL the time. So thought at least this one would drop me about a pound or two a week but no, cannot even have that?
143.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 54.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it's so disheartening when you're working so hard 😢. Don't give up, but remember that sometimes not eating enough can be as damaging as eating too much and the body tries to protect itself by keeping hold of whatever it can ❤️ you can do this ☺️

What about drinking more water? It really helps me. Do you count steps? That has really helped me too.
