7 days off plan. 12 takeaways and 2 weeks of no exercise. Could be worse. Interestingly I can now fit into my favourite size 6 work trousers so will take my NSV and not let the number get me down. Hope everyone has had a fabulous week 😊

It’s true what 19J said suma. You have a ridiculously demanding job & sometimes things don’t go to plan. Love that you can get into your size 6 trousers tho. Fabulous 🥰

Thanks everyone for all your wonderful support. It has truly been a shitty 7 days! But I'm glad it's over and done with. Going to spend tomorrow planning how I undo the damage and get back on track. I find it so easy to slide back🙄😂

Thanks Jamie, I really hope I can. When bad things happen, my body short circuits back to those old bad habits. I've not been on here very much, and have merrily slid into the abyss of food hell😂😂. But I'm determined to crawl back. Will check if you've posted anything motivational with your gorgeous golden locks😆
