Well I am failing on all fronts. God, how did I do those 3 months on the vlcd? Apparently after those your metabolism slows for over a year and I cannot stop eating more calories than I have granted myself. This could be a disaster, a 1/4 of a year of starving and then putting the weight back on, I can see it coming. Even though it didn't achieve the purpose of reversing my diabetes as hoped, it did make me feel much better and I am desperate not to go back. Steroids don't help but I did the vlcd on steroids.
