Another two pound lost last week. Average daily intake right down to 1475 cals per day for last week, and still no alcohol since 2nd January.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Gilly. No boating for me. You can only stop aboard or travel if you live aboard and its got to be essential travel. My motorcycle trials riding has all stopped too and that was one of my bigger calorie burners. So I have decided to work 6 days a week until I can go do things. Earning more money and can't spend it but at least I'm still burning up calories. Hope you're all okay and not suffering too much ☺.

Keep up staying off the booze mate, it really is the key to success. Not very sociable but you can start drinking again once a week after you hit your goal 💪 that's what I am doing 😁 I am into my 3rd month 🙄

Cheers Craig. Yes its fatal drinking alcohol for me cos I am always hungry then and eat more. I will keep off it for January though because last target I set I got there still drinking but strictly only one or two times a week.
