I'm the heaviest ive ever been and I am so appalled with myself. I was getting on track on the first but now my cycle has hit and I'm struggling so much. I'm finding myself wanting to snack constantly and wanting huge plates of food and even being hungry after eating that huge plate. I need to get the ball rolling again but it feel like a square rock rather than a ball.
