Well guys I guess it was expected to gain weight, my air fryer has returned and im going to enjoy eating healthy, being positive and looking forward to achieving my goal. 😁

Yes and honestly most of the gain won’t be fat (telling myself this too!) so good luck and here’s to a healthy successful focus for this next year!

Thanks Jan yes I agree its not fat 😁 my daughter tells me it's water retention as I can see the gain is on my upper thighs. Will remain positive and enjoying new recipes ( Thanks to your photos ) I'm having the sprout coleslaw today looks divine x
