Birthay eating too much last wednesday 3370 cals . And massive 2550 average per day fr last week = 3 pounds gained. I will have this week cutting down before christmas eating commences .
68.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
