Still under my target weight but I'm really struggling lately.... fed up with all this Covid shit . only seen my eldest daughter 3 times since march . every day groundhog day. 🤦‍♀️
74 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

I know! I haven't seen my eldest daughter a single time since Christmas 2019! I've seen my youngest only twice in 2020.

What do you think has caused the weight gain? Are you snacking more, bigger portions, not counting calories? You are still under target and have done brilliantly BTW but interesting to know what has caused the gain.

Hi anne. I'm not exercising much ( need to get my head out of my arse). I've found myself eating ice cream or chocolate on a evening . Mind set not right . I have had a good talk to myself n this week and upto xmas I WILL do better . 💪

Ah, evening snacking.........that is one of my bad habits! I am lucky in that I don't like ice cream too much, but chocolate another story! I exercise plenty but dont consider that a weight loss tool. But it does help maintain the weight you are at. Good luck!

Really with you re: groundhog day. I'm finding Covid lockdown really tough as I used the gym a lot - not just physical activity but for mental wellbeing. Hate home exercises.

okay,, mine is alcohol... lol oh and take away,, oh and snacks,,,,no exercise,... don't understand lockdown and all that time off should of been a good time to start diet and exercise regime ,,, but didn't happen.. i am now into week two of diet and determined to stick to it upto xmas.. not that we are seeing anyone.. lol

Totally with you here. I’ve developed a snacking habit of mixed nuts. High in good fats but screws up my macros. Just pissed off just now. Not even speaking to anyone that hasn’t got four legs! Could be worse, just as well the pubs are shut!!
