I hardly lost anything this week, yet I don't know why? 🤔 I stuck to my calories!
I guess it was just a bad week.
124.4 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 63.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think we all have weeks like that. I certainly did a couple of weeks ago and then I was back to normal. keep going, you're doing great

as soon as it gets a bit cold, my weight loss also virtually stops......
