Slowly, slowly catchy monkey!! 1.5lbs off this week. Very disappointed that it wasn't more as I've been so good and even managed a bit of exercise. Still at least its going in the right direction .. and its sooo satisfying tapping the minus button on the weigh in screen!
130.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 65.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
