My lunch today .. only 206 cals according to this app. cant quite believe that but it was very light & delicious. Roast chicken thigh, homemade potato salad & sauted veg in a light chicken broth.

Sorry 260 cals (going dyslexic in my old age I think) plus I forgot the stuffing so its actually 287 cals. This evening I will blitz the leftover sauted veg & broth into a lovely veggie soup.
