Just looked up my blood sugar test results from yesterday. They are well down in the green zone of well before 40. Not even in the pre-diabetic range. Not been this low in 20 years, even before I was diagnosed as Type 2 diabetes! Should be able to come off meds! My blood pressure is already stabilised to 122/76 - without any medication! That's what losing 20kg does! couldn't have done it without this app.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
