Last weeks average daily intake was 1666 cals per day and busy at work plus riding trials bike yesterday = 3 pound loss. Back to weighing on Mondays too again.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
