Feeling really positive. I’ve not logged a journal for a while and I’ve been on and off the wagon but I’ve actually lost 10lb in the last two weeks and I’m feeling great
97.8 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 31.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
