I know it's a gain but I'm happy with that. Have lost 4.5 inches off my body altogether in the past week and the internet says it is normal to gain once you start exercising, while your body adjusts to the new regime and water intake. Onwards and downwards! Off to cycle my first 7 miles for today. 🚴‍♀️
110.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 36.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all! I'm sure once my body realises that the 14 mile cycle five times a week is the new normal, the weight will start dropping again. 😀

Not every day, five days out of seven. I refuse to do anything more strenuous than lifting a coffee cup on my days off. ☕

Perhaps I'll swap to baby food. No chewing and the portions are tiny so it won't take up much time either before bed.

I am no expert by any means but I think it's perfectly normal to have such flactuations as long as you are on the right path, eating healthy and exercising. all the best.. 👍👍
