First time I've been under 16 stone in years! Onwards and downwards!! 🕺🤸‍♂️
100.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Excellent! I'll be looking forward to her moving in. I do dishes and clean, so she won't have to do anything else, can just chill in the garden and watch sunflowers. 🌻
