34.5% so yay, I have reached the blue line! This is the entrance to normal for my height (5'6"), although my bodyfat percentage is still above the normal range (highest is 33%). One disappointing thing about the best vacation ever that we just went on was that the food was gross. It turns out to be lucky, though, as I reached goal while I was gone!

Originally I wanted to reach at least 140. Now I am worried about doing that because people around me who didn't know me when I was skinnier say that I should not lose any more weight. Of course only I determine what is right for me! But now that I have reached the normal department, I think I am going to relax and leave my blue line where it is. I will keep eating healthy as I am doing and exercising and avoid overeating and see where I end up.

By the way, that was interrupted by a phone call letting me know that the bill I received from the ER would not be the only one coming: there are two more on their way! I can't afford this, so any advice would be appreciated.

Awesome job buddy! If 140 is your goal, then shoot for it. Don't let other people dictate or discourage you from your goal. Jus make sure you achieve 140 by eating healthy & exercise. I got that same flak from people saying I'm too skinny at 150lb. And guess what? The people who were saying it were the ones who didn't try to take care of their bodies & their health. So I now interpret "Pking you're too skinny" as "Pking you're not overweight & out of shape like the rest of us." Like you said, you know what's good for you. Way to go & keep it up!

Hooray!!!! Congratulations on making your goal! Go ahead and sit tight there for awhile and see how it feels. SO happy for you!

First of all... go by what your DOC says for your weight. For the docs (feel free to email me), they will all take SMALL payments, $5/month if need be. Do NOT stress them. I'm sorry, I know how the medical bills can be scary. Just do not be afraid to call them and discuss what/how much you can afford and they usually do it w/out interest. :) You're doing great! Sorry the food was so gross! How disappointing! Take a break, but do what you know is right for YOU and what your doc recommends. :) Rock it up babes!

Ask to speak to someone from the financial aid department. They have the power to slash your bill based on your ability to pay. At 148 and 5'4' I was pushing 150 and people would say, why does she need to lose weight? Because I was out of control and unhappy and they didn't get it. I feel good about myself now and if you are there, be happy, if not, keep pushing.
