Feck! It’s getting more and more difficult to lose.
92.9 kg Lost so far: 103.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

great loss . well done. I have found weight loss much slower now I'm at my target weight . we always want to lose that little bit more. your doing great x
