This is not the result I was aiming for. I’m trying to maintain not lose. I’ve already got family nipping at me telling me I look drawn. Over the last fortnight ive upped my calories by 500 a day. Now on about 16-1800. I’ve added extra protein, healthy fats like salmon and mackerel. I snack in the evenings on olives and nuts, I buy “bare naked mixed nuts” Nut are high in fat but I read on NHS healthy eating site that our body absorbs the nutrients from nuts but not the fat. Mr Dr confirmed this. Still, snacking on anything is not a habit I want to form. It may be that I’ve started riding again, first time since the lockdown. I haven’t been allowed near the stables. Ach weel, it’s time to walk Larry Longlegs. He’s not flavour off the month just now because whilst I was at the stables yesterday the shithead destroyed one of the cushions off the sofa! My living room looked like it had been snowing in it. That was him punishing me for leaving him alone 😂 ( wasn’t feckin laughing yesterday 🤬) have a great Sunday friends, anybody want a 1 yr old mad, total lunatic Lurcher? 😂🐒🐶🐕
